Error codes 39-44 are errors caused by the "drivers", or hardware incompatibility on your system. Although there are a large number of these errors, they have all been caused by the same issue, making it essential that you're able to repair them in the most effective and reliable way possible.

How to Fix Error Code 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44

These errors typically show up like this:
* "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
* "Windows cannot access this hardware because its service key information in the registry is missing or recorded incorrectly. (Code 40)"
* "Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)"
* "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because there is a duplicate device already running in the system. (Code 42)"
* "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
* "An application or service has shut down this hardware device. (Code 44)

The way to fix these errors is actually quite simple - they are all caused by driver problems or hardware issues. The first thing you should do to fix them is to upgrade / reinstall any of the drivers that are on your PC. The drivers for your computer are the software programs that allow Windows to run your various hardware tools, making it essential that they are installed correctly & reliably. You need to be able to use the proper drivers for your system, which can be done through the "device manager" of your PC.

After you've used the device manager to ensure all your drivers are okay, you then need to look at the hardware of your system and ensure that it's all running correctly. It's often the case that connector cables, or cables in the back of your PC, can become dislodged, leading the hardware to not work properly. In order to make sure this is not a problem for your computer, you need to be able to just look around your system and make sure all your cables & hardware components are securely in place. Please do this when your PC is turned off, as it could be dangerous.

Proceeding that, it's advisable that you use a "registry cleaner" to clean out any of the errors / damaged parts of the registry that you might have on your PC. The registry is basically a central database which stores important information & settings for Windows, and is where all your software, drivers & applications store important options. Unfortunately, the registry is also one of the biggest causes of problems for Windows as it's continually being corrupted and saved in the wrong way. This makes your PC run in some very strange ways, and can often cause errors 39-44 quite easily. To fix this, you should run a 'registry cleaner' application to fix any of the corrupt / damaged settings your PC has inside the registry.
